I have been exploring health and healing, working in the field of allied health for more than 30 years.

​

I started with a cookery course at the Prue Leith School of Food & Wine in London. My love of food and cooking secured me working in commercial kitchens  learning a great deal from highly qualified chefs and the fast pace of busy service.

 

I then studied Health Sciences at RMIT University Melbourne,  pursuing a career in microbiology, working both in hospitals and private laboratories, spanning almost two decades.

Having always been interested in food, health, and a simple, natural way of living, for myself and my family, I  decided upon a career change studying Naturopathy, Nutrition and Herbal Medicine at the Australian College of Natural Medicine (renamed Endeavour College of Natural Health) Brisbane.

​

Upon graduation in the year 2000, I joined a multi disciplinary team, in a clinic south of Brisbane, whilst also starting my own practice as a qualified naturopath and herbalist.

​

My approach is simple and supportive, providing you with possible treatment options, assisting to perhaps make cooking easier, more nutritious and enjoyable, facilitating pathways to a more balanced and harmonious life.

​

Studies in Pranic Healing, Reiki, the continued practice of Neigong along with extensive travel throughout China has broadened my experiences in the practices of working with energy. I most passionately  incorporate this as another modality supporting renewed vitality, offering beginner and advanced energy sessions.
